Only five hotels in Poland with two MICHELIN Keys

MICHELIN Key
MICHELIN Keys are to the hotel industry what MICHELIN Stars are to gastronomy. In the guide's global selection, there are over 9,000 hotels, each of which meets the stringent criteria of the inspectors. Keys are used to distinguish the most exceptional among them.
The system comprises three levels. One Key means „a very special stay, two keys „an exceptional stay, whereas three Keys „extraordinary stay.
According to the MICHELIN definition, hotels with an exceptional character and charm, providing an unforgettable experience and run with a clear attention and care for every aspect of the stay, receive two Keys.
MICHELIN inspectors evaluate hotels according to five universal criteria. Architecture and interior design, service quality and consistency, the individual character and personality of the place, the value for experience, and the hotel's significance to its setting are all taken into account.
The scale of the global selection further demonstrates the prestige of the accolade. In 2026 across the world 2,020 hotels have one Michelin Key, 657 two Keys, and 155 three Michelin Keys.
Once again among the recognised
Maintaining two Keys another year in a row it has special value. This is another year in which the Gdynia hotel has met the demanding, international criteria of the MICHELIN Guide.
Quadrille is located in historic palace and park complex in Gdynia Orłowo. Historic architecture meets contemporary design and interiors inspired by the world of „Alice in Wonderland”.
