Tasting Menu dostępne jest w dwóch wersjach: pełnej i skróconej. Wszystkie dania przygotowane są z artystycznym pietyzmem i bazują w większości na polskich, starannie wyselekcjonowanych składnikach. Dopełnienie tej uczty stanowi wyjątkowy pairing alkoholi.
