A°quadrille is an intimate complex that offers a range of activities -. swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam bath, cooling zone with showers and ice, as well as relaxation area by the pool, where there is a unique "sun meadow" with a lamp to improve skin tone.
In addition, for those seeking physical activity, we have prepared a cardio areato get in shape and strengthen your body.

Entry prices:
Cost of single entry for external guests: PLN 120
Half-year passes:
- 10 entries - PLN 1000
- 20 entries - 1800 zł
- No limit - PLN 2350
Accessibility for hotel guests:
Hotel guests and those using Quadrille treatment programmes (for a minimum of PLN 200) have unlimited access to the a°quadrille area on the day of their stay/programme.
Guest Convenience:
For maximum comfort, we offer one towel, bathrobe and flip-flops for the day. We recommend that you bring pool flip-flops with you for safety when moving around the pool area. Additional accessories - chargeable: Bathrobe: £10, Towel: £10, Flip-flops: £5
Aqua-aerobics
Aqua aerobics at Quadrille Spa is a workout in the water with music,
which strengthens muscles, improves fitness and shapes the figure while reducing stress and tension. Combine movement with relaxation and let the water take care of your body.
Come to the Quadrille Spa for aqua-aerobics that will restore balance to your body and mind.
Class time : every Wednesday at 21:00, in the Quadrille Spa water area.
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost of classes : PLN 50
Cost of classes for guests with a swimming pool pass: 30 PLN
Free of charge for hotel guests.

If you need a dose of exercise, take advantage of our intimate cardio room where you can do a circuit workout, strengthen your muscles or improve your fitness. Facilities available include:

Communication on water quality in the swimming pool of the Quadrille Hotel
Pursuant to the Announcement of the Minister of Health of 10 May 2022 on the requirements to be met by water in swimming pools (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1230), the Manager of the swimming pool at the Quadrille Hotel, 2 Folwarczna Street, 81-547 Gdynia, informs that, according to the tests performed to date by an accredited testing laboratory and the daily analysis of parameters, the water in the swimming pool basin meets the microbiological and physicochemical requirements specified in the aforementioned regulation.
