— Atmosphere of calm: Quadrille Spa is a Quiet Zone. Please leave your mobile phones in your lockers or switch them off completely, and keep your conversations quiet and subdued.

— Intimacy and maturity: Quadrille Hotel is a place created with adults in mind. We invite guests aged 16 and over to jointly celebrate relaxation and take advantage of our full range of treatments.

— Safe relaxation: to ensure comfort and safety, please do not bring or consume alcohol before your visit and while using the Spa area.

— Time to prepare: We invite you 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This is time to calmly complete the formalities and have a consultation with the therapist.

— Purity of experience: A quick shower before the treatment will prepare the skin for care and allow you to fully enjoy the ritual.

— Your comfort: Hotel guests are welcome to wear the bathrobes and slippers provided in the rooms. If you are visiting us from outside, a prepared set consisting of a soft bathrobe, towel and slippers will be waiting for you at the Spa reception.

— Security of valuables: We kindly ask you to leave your jewellery and other valuables in the room safe or at the Spa reception. Quadrille Spa accepts no responsibility for items left outside the safe.

— Cheers: Your safety is our priority. When making a reservation, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, past surgeries or pregnancy. This will allow us to properly tailor the treatment to your state of health.

— We respect our guests' time: If your plans change, please let us know at least 3 hours before your treatment, or 24 hours in advance for groups of more than 3 people. Failure to cancel your appointment within the required timeframe will incur a charge of 60% of the treatment price for individual bookings, or 100% for group bookings.

— Magic in your home: At Quadrille Spa, pampering does not end with your treatment. If you wish to retain the Quadrille aura for longer, you can purchase the products used during the rituals at our reception. An individual cosmetic recommendation by the therapist is a complimentary part of every visit.
