§ 1
1 The owner and administrator of the Hotel is Folwarczna Sp. z o.o. S.K.A., with its registered office in Gdynia, 2 Folwarczna Street, NIP: 5862282192, e-mail address: recepcja@quadrille.pl, Tel:+48 58 351 03 00, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court Gdańsk Północ in Gdańsk VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under number: 0000457351, NIP: 5862282192 (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel").
2 The Hotel Regulations constitute the rules for the rental of rooms and the use of hotel facilities.
3 The hotel provides accommodation, catering, Wellness & Spa services in accordance with its business profile.
4 A description of the rooms, the price list for the accommodation services provided and a description of the scope of individual services can be found on the official website of the hotel https://quadrille.pl/ and at the hotel reception.
(5) The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, paying a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay at the Hotel.
(6) By doing so, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions.
7 The Rules and Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel Reception.
§ 2
(1) The unit of account for the provision of accommodation services is the hotel day. A hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. On special request, the hotel may accelerate or extend the hotel day - subject to room availability. The final confirmation is made by a receptionist at the request of the Guest the day before arrival (acceleration of the day) or on the day of departure (extension of the day).
(2) The Guest should notify the reception desk of his/her wish to extend by another hotel night by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the planned check-out. The reception confirms the possibility as far as rooms are available. In the case of Guests not observing these regulations, the reception may refuse to extend the stay.
(3) If it is necessary to shorten the stay, the Guest should report to the reception by 11:00 a.m., otherwise the next hotel day is considered to have started.
4. the current price list for accommodation services is published on the website: https://quadrille.pl/ and is available at the Hotel reception:
a. The prices shown in the price list include VAT and tourist tax.
b. The price of a hotel stay depends on the length of the stay, the standard and size of the room, additional services and discounts received;
c. The price shown in the price list may be reduced by discounts granted by the Hotel, due to: the Guest having a Loyalty Program card, according to the rules set out in the Loyalty Program Regulations or recognised
by the decision of the Hotel Management under complaints or preferential discounts.
(5) The guest may not transfer the room to a third party not registered at the hotel, even if the guest's rental period for that room has not expired.
(6) Persons not checked in at the Hotel may stay in the hotel room as Guests of persons checked in at the Hotel, between the hours of 11.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m., upon prior notification to the reception.
(7) The Hotel enforces curfew from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The Hotel may refuse to provide further services to a person who violates this rule.
8 The guest is obliged to leave the room and equipment made available to him/her in an undamaged condition.
9. the Guest is materially liable for damage, destruction, occurring as a result of his or her behaviour or the behaviour of his or her guests or a breach of security by unjustified activation of the system.
fire safety - the material value is determined by the Hotel Management.
10. The hotel has an Adult Guest Friendly policy and welcomes children aged 16 and over.
11. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, electric irons and other similar appliances in the rooms which are not part of the hotel room equipment.
12. Smoking and other substances are strictly prohibited throughout the Hotel. Smoking of tobacco and tobacco products is only possible in designated areas. Should the Guest be found to be in breach of this rule, the Hotel may charge the Guest with a one-off fine of PLN 1000.00 or refuse further
the provision of a residence service.
§ 3.
1 The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. If you have any concerns about the quality of the services, please notify the reception without delay.
2. The Hotel shall provide the following services free of charge at the Guest's request:
- Provision of an iron and ironing board in the guest room.
- The possibility of storing money and valuables during the guest's stay in a safe at the reception.
- storage of luggage of guests checked into the hotel.
(3) Items left in the rooms by departing Guests, at the request of the Guests, will be sent at the cost of the recipient to the address indicated. The cost of returning the items is only an estimate - the final cost is determined by the company providing the service. In the absence of such instructions, the hotel will store the items for a period of 3 months. After this time
items left behind will be donated to charity or disposed of.
(4) The hotel is insured within the scope of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code. The guest is obliged to notify the hotel reception of any damage as soon as it is discovered. The liability of the hotel for loss of or damage to valuables is limited if the items are not returned
deposit at reception. The Hotel's liability is also limited if the Guest has inadequately secured the room - please check the room lock each time you leave the room.
(5) The hotel shall be liable for loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services within the scope of the provisions of the Civil Code.
6 Selected areas of the Hotel are monitored.
(7) The hotel may refuse to admit a Guest who has grossly violated the hotel regulations during a previous stay.
§ 4.
1. guests have the right to lodge a complaint if they notice deficiencies in the quality of the
services provided by the hotel.
2 All complaints are accepted by the Hotel Reception.
(3) A complaint shall be lodged by the Guest immediately after noticing any shortcomings in the standard of the services provided by the Hotel in writing (no later than 7 days from its occurrence).
4 Complaints will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
5 Complaints will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt.
§ 5.
1 The hotel does not accept pets (with the exception of guide dogs on presentation of the relevant document) in a room with Guests.
(2) Guests staying at the Hotel with animals without the appropriate authorisations may be asked to leave.
§ 6.
1. Reservation of a stay at the Hotel takes place in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the Terms and Conditions of Reservation and the Terms and Conditions of Electronic Services, which are available for viewing at the Hotel Reception, as well as on the website: https://quadrille.pl/.
(2) The guest agrees to the storage and processing of his/her personal data necessary for the performance of the hotel service.
(3) The visitor has the right to access the content of his/her data and to correct, amend and delete it at any time.
4 Personal data shall be stored and processed by the Hotel under the terms of the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Policy posted on the website and at the hotel reception.
(5) The provision of personal data by the Guest is entirely voluntary, but necessary in order to purchase the hotel service or subscribe to the Newsletter.
6 By using in any way the services provided by the Hotel, the Guest accepts the rules contained in the Privacy Policy published on https://quadrille.pl/.
§ 7
(1) The provisions of the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 380, as amended) shall apply to matters not covered by these Rules.
(2) Notification of a change to the Rules will be given no later than three calendar days before the change to the Rules comes into effect.3. Date of publication of the Rules: 02.01.2024

Terms of service
§ 1 General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions", set out the rules for the provision of services electronically by the Service Provider at the quadrille.co.uk hereinafter referred to as the "Website" and the rules on the protection of personal data of Service Recipients and other entities using the Services provided electronically.
- Enabling the use of the Site is a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to Service Recipients, within the meaning of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended) - hereinafter referred to as the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, which takes place under an agreement concluded between the Service Recipient and the Service Provider and under these Terms and Conditions.
- All services provided electronically on the Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions, with the exception of services subject to separate regulations. The Service Provider shall specify on the Website which types of services are provided on the basis of separate regulations.
- Any natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that has a connection to the public Internet network has access to the Website under the conditions specified in these Terms of Use.
- The Terms and Conditions are made available to Service Recipients free of charge via the Website in a form that allows them to download, save and print them.
- Customers are required to read the Terms and Conditions before using the Site.
- Each Service Recipient is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions from the moment they start using the Services.
§ 2 Definitions
Terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean:
- Service Provider - "Folwarczna" Górski Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna with its registered office in Gdynia at ul. Folwarczna 2, 81-547 Gdynia, entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court Gdańsk Północ in Gdańsk VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000457351, NIP: 5862282192, e-mail address: recepcja@quadrille.pl.
- Customer - a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality who uses a service provided electronically by the Service Provider,
- Services - hotel room reservation services and additional services at Quadrille Hotel & Spa provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipients based on these Terms and Conditions.
§ 3 Types and Scope of Services:
- In providing the Services, the Service Provider in particular:
- places offers of accommodation at the Quadrille Hotel & Spa and offers of additional services on the Site;
- offers the opportunity to book a stay in hotel rooms at the Quadrille Hotel & Spa.
- The offer to provide the Services via the Website is valid until the Service Provider suspends or discontinues the Services.
§ 4 Technical requirements for using the Website:
- Services are provided to Service Recipients who meet the following technical requirements:
- have a connection to the public Internet network,
- have a web browser capable of displaying HTML documents on the computer screen with the option to accept cookies.
- In order to use the Services correctly, the Service Recipient should have computer hardware and software meeting the following minimum requirements:
1) a web browser in the current version,
2) a monitor with the resolution required by the browser,
3 )Cookies and Java Script enabled.
- In the event that the Client uses hardware or software which does not meet the technical requirements set out in paragraphs 1-2 above, the Service Provider does not guarantee the correct functioning of the site and reserves that this may have a negative impact on the quality of the services provided.
§ 5 Protection of personal data
- Customers using the Service Provider's Website shall remain anonymous until they themselves decide to provide their personal data to the Service Provider in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- The service provider only collects information on the number of visitors to the individual pages of the portal and information contained in system logs (e.g. IP address), which are used for technical purposes related to server administration.
- Service Recipients who decide to authorise their activity on any of the Service Provider's Services are asked to fill in a form and provide contact information (e-mail address), as well as their first and last name. This data is used by the Service Provider only for the necessary contact with the Client.
- Customers who purchase hotel services through the Service Provider's Website shall additionally provide the Service Provider with other data - indicated by the Service Provider in the booking form - necessary in the process of booking and purchasing the Service. The provision of personal data is voluntary, although it is necessary to complete the booking procedure for a stay. Completion of the booking form requires the Service Recipient's consent for his/her data to be processed.
- The Client's personal data is processed by the Service Provider as Controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - so-called "RODO"). The information obligations under Articles 13 and 14 of the RODO are contained in a document entitled "Privacy Policy".
§ 6 Use of the service
- By using the Service Provider's website, the Client agrees to comply with the generally applicable laws and regulations as well as with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- By using the Service Provider's website, the Client agrees not to place or send content or links to websites which infringe the rights and property of third parties, have private content, incite racial, ethnic, religious or cultural hatred or promote pornography and violence, as well as content which is generally considered morally and socially reprehensible.
§ 7 Rights and obligations of the parties
- The Service Provider undertakes to provide Services by electronic means in accordance with the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, these Terms and Conditions, as well as in compliance with generally applicable law.
- The Service Provider shall endeavour to ensure that the Website functions properly and continuously. The Service Provider reserves the right to make interruptions in the operation of the Site in order to update data, correct errors and carry out other maintenance work. The Service Provider shall not be obliged to inform about any planned interruption in the operation of the Site, but shall make every effort to ensure that an appropriate announcement of the interruption in the provision of services is posted on the Site on an ongoing basis. The Service Provider shall also endeavour to ensure that the total duration of interruptions in the provision of free services does not exceed 12 hours per calendar month.
- It is unacceptable for the Client to use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, immoral or contrary to the legitimate interests of the Service Provider
- It is unacceptable for the Client to post unlawful content on the Site.
- The Service Provider reserves that all messages and materials available on the Site (in particular graphics, articles, photos) are protected by copyright. The service user has the right to use them only within the framework of permitted personal use. Copying, multiplication, dissemination on the Internet and other forms of using materials and messages posted on the Site beyond the limits permitted by law is possible only under a separate agreement concluded with the Service Provider in writing under pain of invalidity.
- In the event that the Service Provider becomes aware of the Client's use of the service provided electronically in violation of the Terms and Conditions or applicable laws (unauthorised use), the Service Provider may process the Client's personal data to the extent necessary to determine the Client's liability, provided that the Service Provider records the fact of obtaining and the content of these messages for evidentiary purposes. The Service Provider may also notify the Client of his/her unauthorised activities with a request to stop them immediately.
§ 8 Liability
- The Service Provider stipulates that the use of the Site is exclusively at the expense and risk of the Service Recipient.
- The service provider is not liable:
- for any damage resulting from the use of the Site by Service Recipients in breach of the law or these Terms and Conditions;
- for any damage caused by the disclosure of personal data in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for the provision of services by electronic means in accordance with the exclusion referred to in Article 12-15 of the Act on Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
§ 9. Terms and conditions for the conclusion and termination of contracts for the provision of services by electronic means.
- The conclusion of the contract for the provision of services by electronic means is reached by the initiation of the use of the booking form for a stay at the Quadrille Hotel & Spa by the Customer.
- The Service Provider shall ensure that you have the opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions before concluding a contract for the provision of electronic services.
- The Customer is entitled to discontinue the use of the relevant Service provided electronically at any time. In the event of discontinuation of use and if the recipient leaves the site, the contract for the provision of services by electronic means shall be terminated, without the need for the recipient to make a corresponding declaration.
§ 10 Complaint procedure
- Complaints concerning Services provided electronically by the Service Provider under these Terms and Conditions may be lodged by the Client in writing, by registered letter, to the Service Provider's address within 7 days of the date on which the reason for lodging a given complaint arose.
- The complaint must contain the name, surname and postal address of the Service Recipient and a brief description of the subject of the complaint.
- Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the registered letter by the Service Provider.
- The Service Provider will apply the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and generally applicable laws when considering the complaint.
- The Client will be notified of the Service Provider's decision in writing at the address specified in the registered letter containing the complaint.
§ 11 Final provisions
- The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally amend the Terms and Conditions, subject to preserving the acquired rights of the Client. Any change to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to the Client in the form of an appropriate message on the Site.
- The provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964. - Civil Code and the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means.
- The regulations enter into force on 25 May 2018.
