An expert and populariser of wine culture, long-standing president and vice-president of the Polish Sommelier Association. Winner of the title Polish Champion Sommelier. During the dinner, they will introduce guests to the world of mindful tasting and discuss the role of water in building a culinary experience.

Head chef Inn86 in Gdynia, distinguished Michelin recommendation, A wine and spirits enthusiast who has created a place that combines elegant cuisine with an intimate atmosphere and a carefully selected range of spirits. In his kitchen, he focuses on seasonal, local produce and tradition, enhanced by a subtle French touch.
The central element of the experience is waterpairing – the art of matching mineral water with individual dishes. Similar to wine, appropriately chosen water enhances the flavour of the food, brings out its texture, and balances the aromas.
This is a subtle yet incredibly sophisticated form of tasting, allowing one to rediscover familiar flavours.
