White Rabbit's menu in spring becomes an invitation to a world of fresh flavours and subtle aromas, inspired by nature awakening to life. It's a culinary journey full of lightness, seasonality, and harmony, where simplicity meets sophistication.
We offer two menu options that reflect our approach to contemporary cuisine, based on fresh, carefully selected ingredients.
À la Carte Menu These are original interpretations of Polish and European cuisine with a spring twist. The freedom of choice allows you to create your own flavour composition — light, fresh and full of seasonal inspiration.
Tasting Menu, Available in full and shortened versions, these are carefully composed dishes, based mainly on Polish products. The whole is complemented by a carefully selected alcohol pairing.

Bee Harmony Ritual
l Quadrille Spa
Dive deeper into the philosophy of Bee Harmony with our author's spa ritual inspired by honey from our local apiary. This is a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation, which soothes the body, calms the mind and allows you to feel true harmony with nature.
Stages of the ritual:
– Honey, Himalayan salt, almond, and natural oil-based scrub
– relaxing warm wax massage (honey and milk)
- (optional) Honey & Manuka face treatment
– a cup of aromatic tea or herbal infusion in the spa lobby to finish
The ritual is also available in the regular spa offer, but as part of the Bee Harmony package, you receive it included in the price of the stay.
After the procedure We recommend tea and a walk in the hotel park – a natural complement to spring relaxation to the rhythm of Bee Harmony.

Quadrille Spa is an oasis of peace and harmony, hidden in the basement of our building and surrounded by greenery. It is a space dedicated exclusively to adult guests who are looking for professional body care in an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility.
Spring in the park
We encourage you to take advantage of outdoor activities – in the surrounding park and nearby forests, which are ideal places for jogging or Nordic walking. Detailed information can be obtained at the reception of Hotel Quadrille.
