Pub 10/6 is pleased to show you a new face. Like most, we too have had the opportunity to rethink and gather positive energy. We have spent our free time mainly on ideas for new cocktails and we can already proudly say that things have already changed a bit in the world of the Mad Hatter's Pub, and we certainly won't stop there!
However, in order to be able to talk about change, we would first like to talk about our credo, the idea for this place - where we are starting from. On the surface, this is a simple matter, but in today's reality it is not at all obvious.
Pub 10/6 - the idea
For those of you who have had the opportunity to honour us with your presence before, we assure you that any positive experience of visiting Pub 10/6 is most likely to be repeated. Once again, you will be able to sink into the comfortable sofas in the basement of the palace or stretch out in the garden, enjoying the sunshine, eating delicious food from the White Rabbit's kitchen and drinking your favourite spirits or other drinks served by a team of people who love their work, which we hope you can feel from crossing the palace's threshold.
For those of you who have not yet been with us, we invite you to experience the unique magic and journey through a slightly crazy land that we believe can only be experienced in one place - the world of Alice in Wonderland. We have used the time we have been given to go a step further to make the memories associated with us even better.
PUB 10/6 is a unique cocktail menu
To get you off to a good start, we are introducing a change to our original cocktail menu. As well as offering classic drinks from around the world, you can try something completely new with us. We are building our selection for the summer mainly on tea ingredients in order to treat you in the best possible style, as was the Mad Hatter's custom. English gin combined with Japanese Sencha, Caribbean rum together with the highest quality black tea. As we support healthy and local products, we also did not deny ourselves the pleasure of preparing a rhubarb compote cocktail for you. And for those of you who are not keen on alcohol, we are already fermenting plums so that, combined with a Mediterranean tonic, you can be greeted with a taste reminiscent of lounging in a hammock for hours in the sun.
In addition, we are meeting the highest expectations and those of you who are thirsty for an experience at the highest taste level are invited to take advantage of another new offer developed by the bar and kitchen chef. It is they who, combining their experience, have created something unique and one that can only be experienced in a few places in Poland, if at all. We are talking about the tasting of whiskies from different regions of the world and with different flavour profiles, which have been specially selected and the sweets in the White Rabbit patisserie have been created to match their sensory profile. If a certain flavour dominates the alcohol, it will form a perfect duo when paired with a perfectly infused chocolate or fudge. We guarantee that you will want to return to an experience of this kind more than once.
Our alcohol selection changes regularly, giving you the opportunity to experience even the same experience, but in a completely different way. As time goes on, there will be more and more novelties as we strive every day, to make our guests happy and surprised.
