À la Carte Menu It offers the freedom to compose your own culinary journey. These are light dishes, full of summer aromas, created from the finest quality ingredients and presented in a modern, original style.
For guests seeking a complete experience, we have prepared tasting menu, available in two variations. It is a carefully composed story of summer flavours, based primarily on Polish products and seasonal inspirations. Each dish can be enhanced by a carefully selected wine pairing, which underscores the character of the entire menu.

Bee Harmony Ritual
l Quadrille Spa
Dive deeper into the philosophy of Bee Harmony with our author's spa ritual inspired by honey from our local apiary. This is a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation, which soothes the body, calms the mind and allows you to feel true harmony with nature.
Stages of the ritual:
– Honey, Himalayan salt, almond, and natural oil-based scrub
– relaxing warm wax massage (honey and milk)
- (optional) Honey & Manuka face treatment
– a cup of aromatic tea or herbal infusion in the spa lobby to finish
The ritual is also available in the regular spa offer, but as part of the Bee Harmony package, you receive it included in the price of the stay.
After the procedure We recommend tea and a stroll through the hotel's park – a natural complement to your holiday relaxation in the rhythm of Bee Harmony.

- – A deposit of 20% of the total stay including tax will be charged at time of booking,

Quadrille Spa is an oasis of peace and harmony, hidden in the basement of our building and surrounded by greenery. It is a space dedicated exclusively to adult guests who are looking for professional body care in an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility.
Summer in the park
We encourage you to take advantage of outdoor activities – in the surrounding park and nearby forests, which are ideal places for jogging or Nordic walking. Detailed information can be obtained at the reception of Hotel Quadrille.
