Marcin Popielarz and his plant-based products

Signature plant-based product line Marcina Popielarza was created with the desire to introduce consumers to the variety of Polish fruits and vegetables in unexpected combinations. It is a range of plant-based preserves that coexist perfectly with everyday cuisine, familiar to each of us, and therefore are ideal for any table.

These are low-calorie preserves made exclusively from unrefined cane sugar and Erythritol, essential oils based on Polish sunflower oil and rapeseed oil (so-called Kaszubian Oil), in a word:  Creative vegetable preserves made without thickeners or flavour enhancers, just classic reduction and good quality natural spices. Marcin Popielarz's proposal also includes delicious vegan sweets with limited sugar without losing their exceptionally appealing flavour.

The author's aim was Making plant-based products appeal to everyone, not just for fans of vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Marcin is happy to share ideas for their use, and his healthy preserves are also great ideas for Original gifts for loved ones.
