The first open day for brides and grooms at Hotel Quadrille is behind us, and we have to admit that despite the enormous stress - the event exceeded our expectations!

On 19 February we met with a trusted group of wedding planners and subcontractors to show brides and grooms who are planning their big day the possibilities offered by the interiors of the Quadrille Hotel and Bialy Królik Restaurant. It was important to us that these were companies who know the Hotel very well and who have realised more than one event here.
From the very entrance, the bride and groom were surprised by the prepared attractions. A nice gift from the hotel started the attractions that the first open day at Quadrille was full of.
A quintessentially successful wedding - a delectable menu, wonderful sweets and good wine.
We decided to prepare one room exclusively for the companies associated with the culinary part of the wedding. Guests at the event were able to view a wide range of wines from the Wine Avenue - wine supplier to the White Rabbit. The feisty and lively nature of the brand's representatives made everyone want to attend at least for a moment. Right next door, restaurant manager Anna Zielinska presented an alternative to standard wines, non-alcoholic wines from Megavino.
White Rabbit Restaurant and Chef Dawid Bielecki prepared a menu of small 'fingerfood' portions for the open day, allowing guests to sample the cuisine of the White Rabbit.
We could also count on the support of irreplaceable confectionery companies: Cake me and their unique sweet table arrangements and Candy Bars, and Cukropełka - Susanna Lapin - which creates unique cakes for special occasions. These two stalls and the buffet of the White Rabbit restaurant were hugely popular - we definitely found our way through the stomach to the hearts of brides and grooms!
Who best to plan and organise your wedding - a wedding planner!
The open day at Quadrille was visited by up to five exceptional women wedding planners. A wedding planner is a treasure for every bride and groom. Thanks to many years of cooperation with the best wedding planners from the Tricity, we were able to provide the Bride and Groom with professional advice on many aspects of wedding organisation. She was with us Bogna Bojanowska - wedding planner, who shared her knowledge and experience both in the networking section and as a moderator of the expert panel. Karolina Wereszczyńska - Weddings together - as she said, she wants to make sure her couples always enjoy their special day and can celebrate and experience their wedding without worrying about organisational details. Wedding Alchemy by Valentina is always a breath of elegance and luxury in realisations. Event by Ev with Iwona Przybojewska always guarantees good emotions and the certainty that the ceremony and the wedding will remain in the memory of the guests for a very long time. Lebre Agency and Ewelina Borzym - Warakowska is a breath of fresh air and a new perspective on wedding realisations. We are happy to accompany Ewelina on her new journey!
How do you combine 3 different halls to make your guests feel just as special in each one?
What would an open day be without stunning decorations? Two indispensable decorators - Flower Design - Marta Modrzejewska and PolishLus headed by Sara and Dominika, showed and told guests how to bring the halls together thanks to the magnificent decorations. Two completely different decorations, and two completely different styles, brought the rooms' decor together in a beautiful way.
In addition, companies that complement the décor: Written in nib, Designer – Catherine Cwajgart with graphic design for weddings, showed how this important event can be graphically enhanced in an attractive way.
What to look out for if you want to keep the wedding emotions alive for longer?
The next most important point in planning the event was finding the perfect photographer to shadow the bride and groom while giving them space to celebrate. We invited a wedding photographer to work with us Yes I do and Veronica Granica (which reported on the open day and whose reports you can see, among others, here).
And where do you get your shirt tailored? Where to order a unique wedding dress?
We also decided to invite friendly men's fashion salons that do customised sewing: Tailors Club and Van Thorn. For such a special occasion, it is worth having the perfect suit. The presentation of the women's collection was the responsibility of Ismena Studio, who some time ago chose Quadrille as the backdrop for her unique show.
And what does the bride and groom have in their souls?
We know that the right musical setting is the key to an unforgettable, over-danced wedding. This part was the responsibility of the reliable LONE Music Agency and React Agency. However, the wedding is not the only moment that is accompanied by music. It is the music that perfectly complements the outdoor part of the nuptials, makes the welcome cocktail more enjoyable or accompanies the festive wedding dinner. We would like to thank the duo DUO AMOR for gracing our event.
What about before the wedding? What type of wedding to choose?
Quadrille is the perfect space for both a civil wedding and a humanist ceremony. We have to admit that the story told by Klaudyna Fudala from React Agency put us in a moment of reverie, and despite being aware of being in a hall full of brides and grooms-to-be, we felt special, as if we were at a real wedding.
And who will take care of the brides and grooms in Quadrille?
The open day at Quadrille was also aimed at introducing the hotel's sales team. Olga and Marcin were prepared to answer all the couples' questions. However, the spa manager Ewelina Araszkiewicz entertained the brides-to-be, telling them about an unconventional idea for their bachelorette party and about the care they can take before their wedding at the Quadrille Spa. The director of the hotel talked about the wedding preparation process and the personalisation of the hotel's offer. Alicja Czaplińska - Plata. It was also from the hands of the Headmistress that guests received their prizes from the business card raffle.
