The restaurant was established in 2015 on the initiative of Head Chef Marcin Popielarz, whose passion for cooking is deeply rooted in local traditions and products from the Kashubian, Kociewie, and \u017bu\u0142awy regions.<\/p>

It is precisely Marcin Popielarz \u2013 currently Chef Patron of Bia\u0142y Kr\u00f3lik \u2013 who has set the tone and character of this unique place from the very beginning. As the founder and originator of the restaurant, he consistently develops its culinary identity, combining a love for local flavours with European finesse and experience gained over the years, both in Poland and abroad. Together with his team, he creates cuisine that surprises with its freshness, technique, and attention to every detail.<\/p>
