This menu is our tribute to the Relais & Châteaux association, to which the Quadrille Hotel belongs.
Every dish on our exceptional à la carte menu is an original interpretation of signature dishes by renowned Chefs. The diverse selection draws inspiration primarily from European hotel restaurants within the Relais & Châteaux network, while each culinary composition is enriched with local Polish ingredients and flavors.
This is a celebration of tradition and a perfect complement to your visit to the extraordinary, palace-like interiors of the Quadrille Hotel. The à la carte menu is a celebration of l’Art de vivre , honoring the guiding principle of the Association: delicious journeys delicious journeys.
In line with wizją Relais & Châteaux we believe that the heart of hospitality is the kitchen. That’s why we open the doors to our restaurant in two distinct locations within our venue.
Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday – Saturday: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sunday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (after 7:00 PM, a shortened Room Service menu is available).

Quadrille Restaurant operates exclusively with a specially curated à la carte menu. If you're looking for a different culinary journey, check out the tasting menu at the White Rabbit Restaurant.Within a single reservation, we serve only one of these menus.
In accordance with the Quadrille Hotel policy, our restaurant also serves only guests over the age of 16.
