However, in recent decades, the world of gastronomy has undergone significant and alarming changes. The actions of large food producers and some restaurateurs have had a tremendous negative impact on both consumer experiences and the fate of our planet.
Together with other properties affiliated with Relais & Châteaux, we aim to counter these dangerous trends and set a direction for the entire industry, which must shoulder the responsibility of changing the global approach to gastronomy.
Impact
Relais & Châteaux is an association of passionate individuals fully committed to the ideals of social responsibility. More than 580 hotel and restaurant properties speak with a united voice—the voice of heirs and guardians of rich cultural hospitality and culinary diversity.

Therefore, at the restaurants of Hotel Quadrille, you will find dishes made exclusively from the finest ingredients produced with respect for nature. We absolutely exclude the use of endangered species (such as king crab or European eel) and place great importance on selecting suppliers who provide for our restaurants.
