Chef’s Collective is a new initiative launched by four talented chefs:

Rafał Wałęsa (Sztuczka Bistro),
Jacek Koprowski (Fino),
Paweł Dołżonek (1906 Gourmet)
Rafał Koziorzemski (Biały Królik).

During four dinners scheduled every time in a different restaurant, these chefs are going to work together to prepare some special menu – always reflecting the atmosphere of a particular place and referring to its history.

The Collective will take us on a culinary trip in the old port in Gdańsk, the French bistro and Sopot in the interwar period, and right into the wonderland to finish the trip in the bourgeois atmosphere of aristocratic palace.
